End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User,” “you,” or “your”) and BlastavDeals, owned and operated by AllRoundFix LLC, located at 670 River St, Hyde Park, MA 02136, United States (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of software, software license keys, and other digital products purchased through BlastavDeals (“Software” or “Product”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any applicable terms imposed by the software’s original licensor:
- BlastavDeals facilitates access to a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes, as permitted by the applicable license terms.
- Purchasing a Software license does not transfer ownership of the Software or its intellectual property rights to you. Ownership remains with the original developer, manufacturer, publisher, or authorized licensor.
- You may install and use the Software only on the number of devices and under the usage conditions permitted by the license you purchase.
- Your rights to use the Software are subject to any additional end-user license terms provided by the original software publisher.
2. Restrictions on Use
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license terms or applicable law, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or distribute the Software beyond the permissions granted under the applicable license.
- Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, assign, or transfer the Software or its license to another person or organization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the Software’s source code, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
- Remove, conceal, or modify copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices associated with the Software.
- Use the Software for unlawful activities or in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Circumvent license verification, activation procedures, or other technical restrictions imposed by the Software’s licensor.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with this Agreement and all applicable license conditions.
3. Software Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, remain with their respective owners.
- BlastavDeals operates independently and does not claim ownership of third-party software or related intellectual property.
- Product names, trademarks, logos, and brand references belong to their respective owners and are used where necessary to identify the relevant products or services.
- Purchasing a license through BlastavDeals grants only the usage rights associated with that license and does not grant ownership of the underlying Software.
- Your use of third-party Software may also be governed by the original publisher’s license agreement, terms of service, and other applicable policies.
4. Digital Delivery and Software Activation
- Depending on the Product, delivery may take place through an electronic download, software license key, email, or another digital delivery method specified at checkout.
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate account information necessary to receive your purchase.
- Software activation may require internet access, account registration, product verification, or compliance with the original licensor’s activation procedures.
- BlastavDeals cannot guarantee activation in circumstances involving incorrect information, incompatible devices, unsupported configurations, publisher restrictions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
- Once a license key or digital product has been delivered, refund eligibility will be determined under the applicable Refund and Return Policy and relevant law. Delivery or activation does not automatically eliminate any refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
- You should review the product description, system requirements, and applicable license conditions before completing your purchase.
5. Software Updates and Technical Support
- Software updates, patches, upgrades, and new versions may be provided by the original software publisher according to its policies and product lifecycle.
- BlastavDeals may offer independent technical assistance where such services are available or included with your purchase.
- Unless expressly stated at the time of purchase, ongoing technical support, future upgrades, and continued software availability are not guaranteed.
- Technical assistance provided by BlastavDeals is independent of the original software publisher unless an authorized relationship is explicitly disclosed.
- Certain software issues may require assistance from the original publisher or another qualified service provider.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Software and digital products are provided subject to the warranties, if any, expressly offered by the applicable licensor or required by law.
- BlastavDeals does not independently guarantee that third-party Software will operate without interruption, remain error-free, meet every user’s requirements, or be compatible with every device or configuration.
- Product performance and functionality may depend on system requirements, third-party services, updates, internet connectivity, and the publisher’s technical specifications.
- Any warranty or support commitment offered directly by the original publisher is governed by that publisher’s applicable terms and documentation.
